1. Overview & Applicability
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to digital software services, SaaS product subscriptions, and custom web development projects provided by Kiran Dorad and Techytronz Media. By engaging our services or purchasing SaaS subscriptions on our platforms, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Custom Web Development & Consulting Services
For custom development services, milestones and deliverables are agreed upon prior to project commencement:
- Pre-Kickoff Cancellation: If a client cancels a project before work commences (within 24 hours of payment), a 90% refund of the advance deposit will be processed (10% retained for administrative/payment processing fees).
- In-Progress Milestones: Payments made for completed or approved milestones are non-refundable once engineering work has been delivered for review.
- Project Termination: If a project is cancelled mid-development by mutual agreement, payment will be calculated based on completed work, and any unearned advance balance will be refunded.
3. SaaS Product Subscriptions
For recurring SaaS subscriptions (such as Bannerlo, Patrikamaker, or Promptzy):
- Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your SaaS subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further recurring charges will occur.
- Refund Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time SaaS subscription purchases if the service does not meet stated specifications.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Payment Gateway) within 5 to 7 business days.
